About the Training Program
lululemon, in collaboration with NimkarTek NOTES, is proud to offer comprehensive e-learning courses on the Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM). These courses are designed to guide and empower our suppliers and vendors in adopting best practices for environmental management and sustainable manufacturing.
Through this initiative, we aim to support our partners in meeting lululemon’s sustainability goals and industry standards.
Program Details
Lululemon Vendors who have not achieved Level 1 in Higg FEM (V4.0) sections are required to complete relevant training courses.
- The trainings are in the form of e-Learning modules, offering online, through the NOTES Platform. The courses are interactive – start as you wish and learn anytime, anywhere
- The trainings are all based on individual environmental impact areas as given in the Higg FEM.
- Trainings will be assigned to the relevant Learners, based on the Higg FEM 2023 non-level 1 achievement. For example: If a lululemon vendor did not achieve level 1 in the Water Use & in the Air Emissions sections, only these courses will be available and paid from lululemon.
- Learners will be required to login to the Platform and access the Trainings.

How to access the Training
- Step 1: Sign-Up
Fill in your details of the person who is responsible for Higg FEM or who fills out the Higg FEM Self-Assessment in the Registration form on the right. You will receive an Email from adminnotes@nimkartek.com confirming your participation.
- Step 2: Email from NOTES
You will receive an Email from adminnotes@nimkartek.com which will contain your Login Credentials and a link to confirm your account on the NOTES Platform.
- Step 3: Start Learning
Login to your profile on the NOTES Platform and go to ‘My Courses’. ‘Launch’ the training course that is assigned to you.
- Step 4: Complete the Exam
Take the final exam at the end of each training course. Upon passing the exam, you will receive a Certificate.
