About the Training Program
Target, in collaboration with NimkarTek NOTES, is proud to offer comprehensive e-learning course on the ZDHC Chemical
Management System Technical Industry Guide (CMS TIG). This course is designed to guide and empower our suppliers and
vendors in adopting best practices for chemical management and sustainability.
Through this initiative, we aim to support our partners in meeting Target’s sustainability goals and industry standards.
Program Details
Provides a foundation for suppliers to establish effective chemical
management systems.
The training course is in the form of e-Learning modules, offered online,
through the NOTES Platform. The courses are interactive – start as you
wish and learn anytime, anywhere
The training is based on ZDHC Chemical Management System with the
following key focus areas-
- Policy & Leadership
- Hazardous Chemical Inventory & Risk Management
- Process Control & Chemical Purchasing
- Wastewater & Air Emissions Management
- Training & Continuous Improvement
The CMS TIG Training Program by NimkarTek is divided into 9 Online
Courses, the course duration for each course is approximately 90 mins.
Learners will be required to login to the Platform and access the Training.

How to access the Training
Step 1: Sign-Up
Fill in your details of the person who is responsible for ZDHC CMS TIG Training Program using the contact form below. Once that is completed, you will receive an Email from adminnotes@nimkartek.com confirming your participation.
Step 2: Email from NOTES
You will receive an Email from adminnotes@nimkartek.com
which will contain your Login Credentials and a link to confirm your account on the NOTES Platform.
Step 3: Start Learning
Login to your profile on the NOTES Platform and go to ‘My Courses’. ‘Launch’ the training course that is assigned to you and complete the course.
Step 4: Complete the Exam
If you don’t already have an account sign up on ZDHC Academy Participants will receive an invitation via ZDHC Academy to register under NimkarTek’s ZDHC CMS TIG Training Course.
Take the final exam at ZDHC Academy.
Upon passing the exam, you will receive a Certificate from ZDHC Academy.
